About Us AMEK HOMES was established in 1984 in Miami, Florida by Andrew Mekdeci, Alfred Mekdeci and Ron Beolet. In the early years, the company also offered custom remodeling services in South Florida. In 1999, the principals made a decision to relocate the company to mid state, because of the projected rapid growth and development of Central Florida, and the Treasure and Space Coasts. In 2003, the company began developing infill properties in Brevard County.
The principals are Certified Building Contractors, with decades of experience in the real estate and construction industry. The company is a member of the Home Builders and Contractors Association of Brevard, and the Better Business Bureau.
